The full LifeSkills Solutions curriculum identifies skill sets and helps you develop and apply them in the workplace. “Soft skills” is what is most lacking in today’s employees. Research and experience suggest that these soft skills are invaluable in getting hired and an important an indicator of job performance. So what are soft skills?

The LifeSkills program is a three-phased approach, consisting of 12 modules that are completed in a four-week interactive classroom setting.
The Three-Phased Approach
Phase One Participants identify their skill sets and the professions where they can apply those skills successfully.
Phase Two Participants learn how to identify and secure a position in this highly-competitive environment.
Phase Three Participants will hone those soft skills that are the keys to successfully retaining a job.
